It is a great place, but I would expect more staff to be around in order to guide newcomers. Also more direction boards, with arrows, would be useful to show the way to the park from the main outside entrance to the parking spaces. Initially I was confused I was in the wrong parking and made my way out to the exit, and did a circle and back to the entrance. It took me 20 minutes to find out where to park since there were no clear instructions where to go.More guides and instructions would help.
Myself and my daughter downloaded this as we thought it would be a great resource - a map for finding our way around the theme park, and for getting updates about waiting times for rides However we hadn't anticipated how slow it was. The screen kept freezing all the time. It was impossible to zoom or navigate the map and we didn't trust update info as often it was clearly incorrect. Poor phone signal could have been the problem. Advice: print out a map before travel. No maps available on site.

This has to seriously be the worse app I have ever had the misfortune to download. The app just keeps freezing and when you click to get tickets via your merlin pass it just takes you to a sales page

This app is so bad... drained my battery like a waterfall. When I added activities to my plan, it responded very slowly that I thought the app crashed, then I add my activities multiple times. I have hundreds of repeated activities and I had to delete them ONE BY ONE as it did not have select and delete feature. Whoever developed this app should be sacked!
Downloaded app purely to import tickets making it easier however after trying over several days two different order numbers it was unable to import them.
